STommen - folk museum along the Jälmåleden
Its original location was northwest of current buildings. Clear bases indicate its position. During the period 1850-62, the structure consisted of three farms. In 1862 Johannes Johansson's farm was moved and newly built, and became what we today call the lower body.
For two periods in the 16th and 1700s, the body was inhabited by the ministerial commissioner. Most often, it was the priesthood that gave the farm's return to its residence.
During the 19th century when the school was "ambulated" between different places in the parish, the "hall" was often used as a reading room.
In 1951, shortly after the establishment of Dalstorp / Nittorp's homestead association, the association received the right of disposal over the residence and a timbered estate of Dalstorp's pastorate. This against a promise to maintain the buildings. The house has been renovated to almost original condition and furnished according to the past. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a living room and a big room (hall). Upstairs there is a chamber and an exhibition room, where the association has collected old objects from the village. In 1991, the barnyard was also taken over, which will be an agricultural museum in 2011 for tools and machines for agriculture and forestry.
